How to return- Contact us as soon as you notice something wrong, within five days. Please ensure you do not wear or use the item as it will not be accepted. All items returned must be in original packaging and box and in its original condition upon arrival. We will process your return accordingly.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective or wrong items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges as your order is specially printed in the size and color you order. We do not refund swimsuits or bathing suits of any kind. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
